Grand reopening of Mt. Nittany’s blue and white trails to celebrate installation of a new wayfinding system on Sunday, May 16 from noon to 4 p.m. beginning at the trailhead on Mt. Nittany Road in Lemont.
Please pass this on to your hiker friends.
This new system was placed over this past fall and spring to allow easier ways to get lost hikers back off the mountain. In the last 2 years we have had several people get lost in this trail network. Now that this is in place we hope that it will solve this problem.
Come out and celebrate the grand reopening of the mountain!
